Connectable is a movement that creates more meaningful connections for people with intellectual and developmental differences in neighborhoods, businesses, schools and congregations in order to enrich our community as a whole.
Connectable Jax is a campaign that links together non-profits that you might need as resources for your loved one with special needs. I met them at the Night to Shine event in 2020, and they are doing really wonderful things for Jacksonville.
Right now they do not have any resources posted specifically for St. Johns County, but I will reach out and work with them to see if they can expand into St. Johns County as well.
