Florida Guardians

The Florida State Guardianship Association is dedicated to the protection of the dignity and rights of incapacitated persons and to increasing the professionalism of guardianship through education, networking, and legislative action.

Florida Guardians is a guardian resource that is not necessarily for individuals born with special needs, though could be, or could be for those that acquire diagnoses of special needs later in adulthood.

It also describes the process of becoming a guardian for someone in need of guardianship.
